Cancellation Policy
At Explore Kashmir, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:

| 4–7 days before travel date | 50% refund |
| Less than 4 days before travel date | No refund |
| No-show or same-day cancellation | No refund |
Note: For group tours, special holiday packages, or peak season bookings, stricter cancellation rules may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by Explore Kashmir
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, safety concerns, low participation (in case of group tours), or government restrictions.
- In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless agreed otherwise.
- Any service charges, taxes, or third-party cancellation fees (e.g., hotel or transport partners) will be deducted where applicable.
4. Force Majeure
No refunds will be given for cancellations arising due to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Political unrest or riots
- Travel bans or government-imposed restrictions
- Pandemic-related travel changes unless otherwise stated
